This 8,200 square foot red brick house was built for Thomas Seagram, son of Joseph E. Seagram. In 1967, the house was acquired by Ray Bauer, future president of Bauer Industries and grandson of Aloyes Bauer. The Bauer family lived in the house until 2007, when it was put up for sale. There was concern that whoever purchased the house would want to demolish it; however, in 2009, the property was purchased by Sorbara, Schumacher, McCann LLP for use as a law office, and the house was refurbished and an addition added to the back.
