A two-storey Queen Anne, frame covered with siding. This somewhat picturesque house had been slated for demolition in 2006 as part of the redevelopment of 60 and 64 Ezra Avenue and 53 and 57 Bricker Avenue, but was saved through a deal between the city and the developer.
