Historic Waterloo

Address: 71 Euclid Avenue
Year Built: 1906
Architectural Styles: Edwardian

A concrete (not sure if a concrete veneer or if the house is structurally concrete) vernacular residence in the Edwardian style built by, and originally the residence of, contractor Clements Reitzel, who would later be president of Reitzels Limited. The fish scale shingles and the decoration on the front façade are of interest.
