320 Whitmore Drive
Original stone farm house in Colonial Acres subdivision, this is the only remaining stone house on the east side of Waterloo. The date of construction of the first part of the house (1853) is engraved on a stone; other stones embedded in the walls of later additions give dates of 1872 and 1899. Portions of the stone exterior have been covered by siding by a former owner. The window sills are up to 18 inches thick and many have their original window frames.
