A Queen Anne in buff brick, built for Henry Huehn in 1898. An early tenant was Philip Bisch, an excise officer; his son, Bert Bisch, was an early professional hockey player; after playing with OHA Intermediate champions St. George's in 1900–01, he jumped to the WPHL, where he played with champions Pittsburgh Keystones in 1901–02 and with the Pittsburgh Victorias the next few years.
