St. Louis Catholic School was Waterloo's first Catholic school, a two-storey building originally built as a four-room schoolhouse in 1905, with additions in 1923 and 1963. It closed due to declining enrolment in 1983 and became St. Louis Adult Education Centre. It is currently being converted into condominiums.
